GIS Day 2022

We are joining forces between UC campuses and Auraria Library to bring you a day full of hybrid GIS events centered around Climate Change! Some of the highlights we’ve lined up include:

  •  A Keynote talk by Rafael Moreno, Professor of Geography at the University of Colorado Denver
  • An open source GIS showcase by Kurt Menke, QGIS authority and author
  • Workshops and demonstrations from ESRI
  • GIS Career Panel
  • Lightning Talks and more!

We have an online geospatial project gallery, so please spread the word among your students and colleagues that they will have an opportunity to share their work! More details on the submission process will be forthcoming.

We’re excited about gathering our community to share geospatial ideas across our universities. Hope to see you there!

More details to come!
