Grad+ Time Mapping

Do you feel overwhelmed and stressed out when you look at your calendar? Join Leslie Blood, PhD, Director of Graduate Community and Program Development, for the Grad+ Time Mapping workshop. This session will help you organize your day so that your personal and professional tasks become more manageable. You will learn “visual time blocking” techniques to help you schedule and prioritize and you will also learn about the connection between values and priorities so that you can be available for what’s most important. From energy management to intentional “to-do” lists, Time Mapping will teach you effective planning techniques and set you up for success.

Open to all graduate students and postdocs.
