In this workshop, participants will learn about their communication and conflict style, approaches to conflict, and communication techniques for de-escalating tense situations. The workshop will be led by Dr. Gardiner Tucker, a professional and faculty member in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership, who has years of experience leading conflict management workshops for higher education professionals.
