What you need is a team of professionals to help navigate through all the options, decisions, pitfalls, negotiations, and the always anticipated unexpected. The primary members of that team are the mortgage loan officer and real estate agent. In this workshop, participants will discuss how to work with the mortgage office and realtor and how to maximize the benefits from these relationships.

This workshop is intended for any CU Boulder faculty or staff member who wants to learn more about how to maximize the most from a real estate team in buying and selling property.

Facilitator
Aaron has been involved in real estate since 2006, first as a licensed Real Estate Agent and for the last 10 years on the mortgage lending side. Aaron is consistently ranked among the top producing loan officers not only in Colorado but also nationally. His passion lies in the education of our membership, and with his vast experience in real estate, he is uniquely qualified to assist our members with every kind of purchase and refinance transaction. Aaron received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy with a minor in ecological and evolutionary biology from CU Boulder in 2008. He has been in Colorado for over 30 years and is a volunteer diver at the Denver Aquarium on the weekends.
