This 1-hour session will focus on developing a better understanding of the needs of our Industry partners and how we can blend their needs with the needs of CU Boulder. By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• List the reasons why industry sponsors would be interested in engaging with university researchers
• Identify the different types of industry funding
• Explain how the different types of industry funding impact the management of the contract
