The book for this month is “There There” by Tommy Orange. Orange is a member of Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, and his debut novel “There There” was a finalist for the 2019 Pulitzer Prize and won the 2019 American Book Award. The book offers representation and intersectionality in its exploration of the contemporary Native American experience.

A discussion of the novel will take place on Friday, June 14th at 3:00 pm in SEEC S225. ALL are welcome to join! Whether you have read the book or are simply interested in the topic, you are welcome to join in casual conversation and discussion over some light snacks and refreshments.
