Join Theodore Kim, director of newsroom fellowships and internships at The New York Times, for a conversation about growing your journalism career, including potential pathways to the Times, and navigating the changing terrain of the business.

Theodore oversees many of the early-career programs in the Times newsroom and helped conceive of and create the Times Fellowship. He previously worked on training and strategy with digital story forms across the newsroom. He has experience with the Washington Post, the Dallas Morning News, the Indianapolis Star and the Annapolis Capital. 

He has a BA in English and communications from Boston College and an MA in journalism from American University.
