The advent, popularity, and demand for remote working has tested many tried and true methods of management and leadership. As the university gradually shifts on-campus, many supervisors and managers will be tasked to manage employees who may be at home, on campus, or even out of state. This workshop will focus on how to support a psychologically healthy workplace when that workplace may be fully or partially remote.

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Appraise common challenges employees face remote working and how to be proactive in addressing these matters.
  • Support a bonded and engaged remote workforce.

Facilitator
