Leading at the Speed of Trust

Core Competency: Integrity/Responsibility/Ethics.  This Leading at the Speed of Trust® workshop is for Student Affairs employees looking to gain a foundational mindset that develops a stronger divisional culture and strengthens the relationships between SA professionals and students. The training provides the essential tools and skills that will measurably increase a participant’s ability to deliver results in a way that inspires trust.  This 12-hour workshop addresses the following objectives:

•  It creates an organizational case for a high-trust culture.

•  Teaches trust as a learnable skill.

•  It provides essential tools for building and maintaining a high-trust culture after the work session is over.

NOTE: Credit will be applied to those pursuing a SA Leadership Institute Certificate.
