https://www.colorado.edu/health/calmIs there something you're holding onto that's no longer serving you? Join us to learn about and then experience the Hawaiian art of letting go. Ho’oponopono supports us in bringing peace, harmony, balance, wisdom and love into our life and ultimately the community, the society, the world, and even the universe that we live in. The basic foundation is to strive towards a conflict-free life, clearing our path or relationships of any imbalances or unwanted burdens or problems we have accumulated. In this way, we can move towards a consciousness of health, harmony, balance and love. Previous negative experiences need not prevent us from experiencing goodness.
Join us to learn about and take part in this ancient Hawaiian practice that for centuries has made it possible for people to coexist in relative peace and lokahi (unity, harmony).
Session 1: Learn about Ho’oponopono in its historical and cultural context.
Session 2: Participate in a group practice of Ho’oponopono. Sharing will be optional. This session includes the important and often overlooked step of intentionally filling the internal space that's been created. Prerequisite: Session 1.
Presenter: Carol Hart
This in-person workshop is limited to 16 participants, so be sure to register early!
