While yoga has long been known as a stress reliever, it also has potential to heal body image issues while developing connections, both in one’s own body and one’s own community. Join us for an All-Levels yoga practice using welcoming language and education around the physiological changes in the body which occur when practicing yoga. Experience yoga sequences like sun salutation or seated meditation and learn how to use movement or breathing patterns when working to dispel negative thoughts. At the conclusion of the class there will be waffles for participants to enjoy.
