LISA Presents T-tests and ANOVA

In this short course, learn the basics of hypothesis testing so that you can run hypothesis tests on your own data and answer research questions with confidence. We will discuss the mechanics of hypothesis testing (including p-values), how to run one and two sample t-tests in R, and how to run one-way and two-way analysis of variance in R. At the end of the class, you will have the opportunity to apply your new skills to your own data and ask LISA statisticians any further questions you have on the material.

Please contact Alan Medinger (alan.medinger@colorado.edu) with any questions.

Prerequisites: R (https://www.r-project.org/) installed on your laptop.
