This course aims to support the shift and development needed for people leaders to accomplish unit and University goals in a hybrid environment. There is a substantial shift needed from managing teams in a physical location to accomplishing goals from a distance. This shift includes prioritizing a focus on accomplishing outcomes vs. focusing on tracking activity.
