Managing Imposter Syndrome and How to Thrive In Spite of It
Success can come with baggage, including feelings of inadequacy, fraud or self-doubt. These feelings can happen despite evidence that indicates you are skilled, successful and deserving of acknowledgement. This is often referred to as imposter syndrome, which is a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evidence of success. This presentation will cover various forms of imposter syndrome that can cripple your path to success, teach strategies to overcome feelings of self-doubt and increase confidence and ownership of your strengths.
The program is presented by the Faculty & Staff Assistance Program and facilitated by FSAP Multicultural Staff Counselor Carla Eugene, LPC.
