 As the new school year has come to a start, we acknowledge that CU Boulder employees have gone through some major transitions in the past couple of years. In this one-hour, hands-on workshop, attendees will learn how to better manage transitions - work related or not - create a plan that works for them, and find ways to better adapt and coexist with the change that they are experiencing or may be approaching.  

Learning Outcomes

  • Participants will be able to: 
  • Learn about stress reduction and mindfulness techniques 
  • Learn why transition and change can bring on stress, and what can be done about it.  
  • Identify strategies and create an individualized plan to thrive during change  

Who Should Attend

This workshop is intended all CU Boulder employees looking for strategies to transform hesitancy about change into resolve through the use of mindfulness, resiliency, and meaning-making techniques.
