Mentorship I: Building Successful Mentor-Mentee Relationships

In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of effective mentor-mentee relationships, various mentoring frameworks, and some strategies for establishing and maintaining mentor networks.

Kimberly Cox-York, PhD coordinates the Responsible Conduct of Research program at CSU. She is faculty in the department of Food Science and Human Nutrition and a member of the Graduate Center for Inclusive Mentoring (GCIM) Executive Council. She mentors graduate students and postdocs and conducts mentor training workshops in many departments across campus.
