Artist-focused and community-oriented, the sixth annual Mimesis Documentary Festival will be held August 5-10, 2025, in Boulder, Colorado. Mimesis is an immersive theatrical and virtual slate of events featuring artists, producers, and scholars from around the world. Presented by the Center for Documentary Media in collaboration with Boulder’s Dairy Arts Center, the festival brings together five days of screenings, workshops, and conversations with some of the most dynamic voices in documentary.
