This powerful practice of befriending ourselves reduces stress and increases compassion.  Join WorkWell this fall to integrate regular mindfulness practice into your routine! These sessions are free and will focus on evidence-based mindfulness practices that are simple and effective for addressing stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout. Each session includes 15 minutes of education and 15 minutes of practice.
