COME JOIN THE MINDFUL CAMPUS PROGRAM! 

The Renée Crown Wellness Institute of CU Boulder invites you to participate in the Mindful Campus Program, an 8-week series co-designed by undergraduate students, CU Boulder faculty and staff, and experienced mindfulness meditation teachers. 

You’re invited to join us in mindful community as we reset, care for our minds and bodies, learn accessible techniques to promote wellness, and just be. The following cohorts of the Mindful Campus Program will be offered this Fall 2022 Semester:

    International (Undergraduate & Graduate) Cohort
    • Mondays, 4-5:30 p.m. (Crown Institute, 1135 Broadway, On the Hill)
    • Oct. 3 - Nov. 28
  • Self-Identified Women/Transgender/Non-Binary (Undergraduates & Graduate) Cohort:
    • Mondays, 1-2:30 p.m. (Remote, via Zoom)
    • Oct. 10- Dec. 5
  • Graduate Student Cohort:
    • Mondays, 4:30-6 p.m. (Remote, via Zoom)
    • Oct. 10 - Dec. 5

  • Undergraduate Student Cohort:
    • Wednesdays, 1-2:30 p.m. (Crown Institute, 1135 Broadway, On the Hill)
    • Oct. 12 - Dec. 7

The Mindfulness and Compassion 8-week series is FREE for all students. No experience is needed. ​​​​​​​
