In this eight-week series, attendees will learn strategies to cultivate a mindfulness practice in the areas of the body, emotions, mind and relationships. Participants will be able to understand their stress responses and identify how a mindfulness practice can help regulate their systems. Practices will include mindfulness, meditation, cognitive restructuring, emotional awareness and regulation, communication, movement and daily self-care techniques. Limited to 25 participants.
