Mindfulness Series

Time to focus on your mental health. Join us for a three-part series to practice simple mindfulness strategies and learn how mindfulness can support your overall wellbeing.  This series will cover mindfulness strategies that relate to emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations. You can attend any one session or all three.

James Huffman, Academic Partnerships and Outreach Program Manager, from the Health Promotion Office will guide you through this three-part series.

Open to all graduate students and postdocs.
