We all know it's important to exercise, eat well and sleep consistently, but sometimes life gets in the way. This interactive workshop will help you identify your priorities and learn goal-setting tools so you can commit to activities that help you feel better. Since there are many ways to be healthy, we'll also help you brainstorm different practices and ways that you can overcome resistance when life throws you a curveball.

The program is presented by the Faculty & Staff Assistance Program and facilitated by Nicole Irlbeck, MS, ATC, in partnership with Elevations Credit Union.
