When we sit for long periods, the body can become stuck in detrimental movement patterns that create a cascade of problems throughout the major joints of the body. Participants will learn mobility and strength exercises to combat tightness and weaknesses that lead to back, hip, knee, and shoulder pain. In this interactive session, you’ll also learn specific tactics for what you can do to increase focus and creativity while unraveling the kinks in your body from sitting during the day. Participation is not mandatory but if you would like to follow along, please wear comfortable and flexible work clothes.

Nicole Irlbeck, MS, ATC Nicole has spent 20+ years helping clients move beyond their pain, injuries, illnesses, and physical setbacks to restore strength in their body and soul through movement. As a skilled athletic trainer and transformational health coach, Nicole applies both science-based principles and personal experience to her practice and workshops so that every participant walks away feeling empowered and uplifted to take action toward positive change. She received her masters in exercise science and athletic training and has multiple fitness and wellness certifications including Wellcoaches, Postural Respiration, and Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology to name a few.
