At the Family Play Festival, you can support early literacy skills for babies and children (ages 0-5 years old). This event will take place at the newest North Boulder Library Branch, which you can read more about here. 

Volunteers engage families in playing, singing, writing, and talking activities in Spanish and English. Volunteers encourage participants to practice literacy activities at home after attending the event with items included in take home literacy kits.

English and Spanish speaking volunteers needed. Fluency not required. Volunteers who speak functional English and/or Spanish who would like to practice their skills are encouraged to sign up. Instructions to volunteers will be provided in English.
