Navigating the Reappointment Process

This event is for clinical and teaching faculty. This professional development workshop focuses on the importance of being a vocal self-advocate. It explores how to effectively approach the reappointment process; create a cohesive reappointment file that synthesizes your annual FRPA documents and departmental merit reviews; and successfully highlight your unique accomplishments and the value you bring to your department and our campus.  Each of our 3-4 panelists will briefly explain their approach to their reappointment applications, identifying challenges that faculty may likely experience as they navigate their own reappointment processes, and will offer a few concrete (and memorable) suggestions that may help participants get the most out of this critical process, ensuring their long-term success at CU.  A 20-minute open discussion/Q&A follows.
