The Alliance for Neurodiversity(AND) is excited to share that the spring training dates for the CU Boulder Neurodiversity Training for Supervisors have been finalized!  

Spring 2026 Training Dates 

All sessions are scheduled on Mondays from 1–2:15 p.m.:

This four-part training is designed to help supervisors build inclusive practices and better support neurodiverse team members. Supervisors at all levels are welcome to register.  We highly encourage attendance for ALL FOUR sessions as each session will focus on a different aspect of neurodiversity. 

This training series will be facilitated by DIRT (Divergent Inclusive Representation Transforms) Coffee, a nonprofit social enterprise that “creates innovation human-centered workspaces and programs that promote disability justice and economic equity,” with the goal of raising supervisor awareness, ensuring compliance with employee workplace accommodations, building effective leadership skills and enhancing productivity.
