Did not seem to be about learning leadership skills, but more of a very basic exposure to categories of levels of leadership, as well as personality assessments.

I liked the workshop, and I did learn a lot. It was more 'meta' than I thought it would be. I thought it would be more direct advice of how to be a good leader. I hope there is a future workshop that does give more concrete advice. Thanks!
