What role can and should new tools and technologies play in this educational landscape, and how do we best prepare our students to operate in the 21st century workforce? Wednesday, February 8th: Leveraging Learning Modalities in Online Education

In this session we will explore how you can support your students and improve learning outcomes by incorporating multiple modes of learning. What challenges do we encounter when trying to create multimodal experiences in synchronous or asynchronous classrooms? How many different modes are needed to promote successful learning outcomes? 

We will also discuss how increasing demands for flexibility from both students and faculty are changing the landscape of education. Should hybrid learning be a part of every learner’s experience?
