This session focuses on how to set up an effective workstation—whether it’s at home, a campus office or a hoteling space—to avoid common injuries and accommodate your body's needs. You will learn how to establish proper body posture for your workspace desk, chair, monitor, keyboard and mouse, along with exercises you can perform at your desk to help reduce the chances of a workspace injury. For the most impactful experience, we recommend physically being at your workspace during the presentation so that you can experience the changes you can make to better achieve healthy body postures.
