Online Pedagogy Community of Practice
With Scott Millspaugh, Office of Academic and Learning Innovation's Learning Experience Designer, and Preston Cumming, Center for Teaching & Learning's Professional Development Lead
We are continuously finding ways to build community in our online courses. How about doing so with our fellow online education practitioners and professionals? The Online Pedagogy Community of Practice (OCoP) is not just another workshop or a tool demonstration. It is a community of like minded folks invested in surfacing shared concerns, identifying mutual goals, and building trusted relationships. As CU Boulder Online convenes a campus-wide community of practice, we want your voice in the mix.
November 12, 2021 from 2:30pm-3:30pm MT
This interactive session will bring together our community of online education practitioners and professionals. This session will provide an informal conduit for surfacing celebrations and challenges, as well as tracking emergent themes across our work in online pedagogy. OCoP coordinators will help facilitate self-identified affinity groups around different subject areas, such as course design and development, program administration, and the student experience.
