Learn how to navigate! Participants will learn and practice how to use a map and compass, account for the difference between true and magnetic north and how to take bearings from the real world and on a map to find where they are!

Transportation and navigation equipment is provided. No prior navigation experience necessary. Participants must be able to hike about three miles on variable terrain.
