Eating well when you’re working a full-time job with limited time or family responsibilities can pose challenges. The availability of tempting unhealthy food around you, limited time to make healthy lunches, and the need to grab something quick can mean it is easy to end up eating unhealthy food. Being thoughtful about your food choices and your reasons for eating, and decreasing the time you spend sitting, can make an impact on your wellness. Learn how to strategize and plan ahead to create nutritious and delicious meal plans in this informative seminar designed for busy professionals.
