Free Friday Power Hour | Power Yoga Flow & Mantra Meditation
Power Yoga Flow: An invigorating vinyasa style class that focuses on strength, stability, endurance and flexibility by using a flowing series of postures to create heat in the body. A great class for those who have some yoga experience and are looking for a challenge.
Mantra Meditation:The Sanskrit word "mantra" translates to "mind protector". This guided class will explore meditation using a chanted mantra, followed by a period of silent meditation. The chanted sound of the mantra deepens the meditation, which in turn cultivates a feeling of inner peace, well-being, and happiness. This class is perfect for those new to meditation and those looking to expand their meditation practice.
