Carol Driggs - Strategic Staffing Manager for Colorado at Northrop Grumman

As a senior manager working in the Engineering, Sciences, & Technology Division of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Carol oversees initiatives associated with providing a cleared engineering workforce with the right talent and skills to innovate solutions for NGC's current and future work in Colorado. This includes aligning with University Recruiting and Relations, developing and leading community STEM outreach, and establishing talent and skills development initiatives for our current workforce.
