Dr. Stefanie Johnson will be moderating a conversation
with David J. Adelman, followed by student Q&A. David
is a Philadelphia-based entrepreneur and active
private investor. He is the CEO of Philadelphia-based
Campus Apartments, a nationwide provider of on-
and-off campus student housing; co-founder and vice
chairman of FS Investments, a leading alternative asset
manager with $75 billion of assets under management;
and founder of Darco Capital, his family office
investment vehicle. David has an ownership stake in
HBSE, and is partner and co-owner of the Philadelphia
76ers and New Jersey Devils.
