About this Event
If you’re curious about the world of Free and Open Source GIS Software, it’s time to give QGIS a try. QGIS is a premier GIS desktop software application that works on PC, Mac, and Linux (not to mention Android!). In this workshop Earth, Environment & Geospatial Librarian Phil White will introduce the QGIS interface and guide you through common GIS procedures.
Participants will need to install QGIS on their device prior to the workshop (to install visit QGIS.org—it's free!). Contact Phil White if you need assistance installing the software.
Registration is required. Zoom information will be sent in the reminder email.
