 mere industrialists\; they function as thought-leaders and government oper
 atives.  \n \n\nThis two-day conference gathers actors from today’s tech
  world–entrepreneurs\, makers\, thinkers\, observers\, and critics–to 
 discuss the meaning of the tech counterculture\, and what it might entail
