Repair Your Wear - Sewing Workshop

Join us on Sep 7th for a student-led workshop on how to sew and repair your clothing with hand and machine sewing techniques. This event will start off with food and a presentation about the environmental and social implications of the fashion industry. Attendees will then go through two stations of sewing and learning how to repair their clothing 1) by hand 2) by machine.

Bring any damaged clothing you want to repair, but if you don't have any, we will have plenty of clothing and fabric to practice with!

Come learn, connect with others and eat yummy food. Together we will prolong the life of the clothes we love and sew a more sustainable world of fashion!
