Securing A Book Contract

This panel is designed to help junior and mid-career faculty interested in securing a book contract. Panelists will talk about their experiences publishing their first and subsequent books, and provide some tips and advice on how to successfully obtain a contract and finish writing a book. 

Panelists:

  • Daryl Maeda, dean and VP of undergraduate education

  • Brianne Cohen, assistant professor of art and art history

  • Honor Sachs, associate professor of history

  • Samuel Boyd, associate professor of religious studies.

This is a collaboration between the RIO Faculty Fellows and the Office of Faculty Affairs.
