This four-week online mindfulness-based support group will allow you to connect with other CU Boulder employees who may be experiencing similar struggles with their work-life balance and self-care. Throughout our sessions you will have the opportunity to share your ideas and experiences, what you have learned, and what you are planning to put into action in terms of your work-life balance and self-care.

Participants will be able to:

  • Identify what is currently working and/or not working in their routines
  • Name changes they will make in their work-life balance and self-care practices
  • Learn quick techniques to create healthier approaches to their work-life balance and self-care

We will be using break out group modalities, as well as large group conversations. Participants are highly encouraged to share ideas and experiences during our time together. Participants are encouraged to have writing utensils with them, as well as colored pencils, markers, crayons, etc, but not necessary. Mindfulness exercises and psychoeducation will take up a small percentage of our time, as well.

This workshop is intended for any CU Boulder faculty or staff member who wants to connect with fellow CU Boulder employees to explore and learn techniques to sustain work-life balance and self-care.

This closed group is limited to 25 participants who are encouraged to commit to meeting all four weeks. You will be automatically enrolled in all four sessions. If you already know you will need to miss at least one group session, please feel free to enroll and let the facilitator know.
