This skills-based session is being offered twice this semester, and focuses on addressing problematic behaviors and comments in the classroom, at work, or among peers and colleagues. It includes coaching on what approaches and responses are most effective to address conflicts and concerns, and ways to set the stage for more positive and productive interactions.
