In this 3-day workshop, one learns powerful breathing techniques and meditation that quickly reduce stress and anxiety from Day 1. These programs are taught globally and offered as a credit course at Stanford University.
It combines two powerful experiences into one. One will learn SKY Breath Meditation and also acquire a personal meditation practice that can be done anywhere silently. SKY Breath Meditation is an evidence-based breathwork practice known to reduce stress and anxiety, with noticeable results in just one week. Sahaj Samadhi Meditation takes this further by deepening your experiences of rest and awareness, freeing your mind from day-to-day worries.

The regular cost of this program is $475. This is being offered at a full scholarship for students. All the 3-day sessions are required to attend to qualify for the scholarship. Limited spots.
