SKY Campus Happiness Retreat

The SKY Club is back with its virtual meditation retreat this March
 

When you can’t go outside, go inside. In these challenging times, breathing and meditation can help us settle our minds and provide physical and emotional strength.

The SKY Club at CU Boulder is offering its flagship SKY Campus Happiness Program to all CU Boulder students and faculty from March 25th - 27th. 

The workshop

The SKY workshop offers techniques to eliminate stress, improve vitality and expand awareness. During the workshop, you will learn to live fully in the present moment and get a chance to dive deep into the joy hidden inside you. The program is fun, relaxing and a much-needed resource in these testing times.
