DESCRIPTION:The mental health crisis on college campuses has been exacerbat
 ed by COVID-19. College students are prone to loneliness\, anxiety\, depre
 ssion\, stress. Fifty-three percent of college presidents listed student m
 ental health among their biggest COVID-19-related worries (ACE 2020).\n\nT
 he SKY Club offers students ways to reduce stress\, thrive in life and cre
 ate leaders for mental-wellbeing. One of the main offerings is 'The SKY Ha
 ppiness Retreat'. It offer techniques to eliminate stress\, improve focus\
 , and expand awareness. During the workshop\, you will learn to live fully
  in the present moment and get a chance to dive deep into the joy hidden i
 nside you. The program is fun\, relaxing and a much-needed recourse in the
 se challenging times. It is taught by 1\,000-hour trained certified instru
 ctors in breathwork and meditation. Over 260+ have taken this program at C
 U Boulder in the last three years.\n\nRecent research studies evaluated by
  Yale University shows that SKY Breath Meditation was the most powerful an
 d beneficial program for student mental health and well-being. Students re
 ported improvements in six areas of well-being: depression\, stress\, ment
 al health\, mindfulness\, positive affect\, and social connectedness. The 
 Harvard study found that participants of the SKY program developed better
