SKY Happiness Retreat is a total well-being training offered to thousands of university students, faculty, and staff across the country.
This course combines two powerful experiences into one. One will learn SKY Breath MeditationTM as taught in the SKY Happiness Retreat, and also acquire a personal meditation practice as taught in the Sahaj Samadhi MeditationTM (Art of Meditation) course.
SKY Breath Meditation is an evidence-based breathwork practice known to reduce stress and anxiety, with noticeable results in just one week. This practice helps you let go of the past and increase restful alertness providing you with a repeatable tool. Sahaj Samadhi Meditation takes this further by deepening your experiences of rest and awareness, freeing your mind from day-to-day worries.
Recent study at Yale University found that SKY Happiness Retreat significantly reduces stress, depression, and has a long-lasting impact on mental health, mindfulness, positive emotion and social connectedness. The course features interactive group processes, experiential learning, emotional intelligence training, breath-work, yoga, and evidence-based meditation. It's a place to connect with yourself, make new friends, and most importantly, have fun.
In this 3 days workshop, one learns a powerful daily practice that quickly reduces stress and anxiety, while effortlessly guiding you into meditation from Day 1. These programs have been taught for 42 years and over 40 million people in 180 countries have experienced it.
