Are you wondering what do after Finals?

When you can’t go outside, go inside. May is mentalhealth awareness month. And breathing and meditation is one of the most effective ways to care of our mentalhealth.

The SKY Club at CU Boulder is offering daily (Monday–Friday) guided meditations and multiple online SKY Happiness Retreats this summers to cope with the current situations, open to all students, staff and faculty on campus. $40 only

The SKY workshop offers techniques to eliminate stress, improve vitality and expand awareness. During the workshop, you will learn to live fully in the present moment and get a chance to dive deep into the joy hidden inside you. The program is fun, relaxing and a much needed recourse in these testing times.

Save your spot for the daily meditations.
