Sleeping Well to Be Your Best

If you have trouble getting a good night’s sleep and have tried the usual techniques without success, it’s time to try something different. In this session, participants will learn about tools to help clear obstacles and find sleep solutions that work for you.

This workshop is hosted by the Faculty & Staff Assistance Program and sponsored by Elevations Credit Union. 

Participants will be able to:

  • Overcome sleep obstacles to get better rest
  • Apply tools that work for the best sleep solutions

Who should attend

This workshop is intended for any CU Boulder faculty or staff member who wants to learn more about getting a good night’s sleep and add to their personal care routine.

There is not cost to attend. 

Facilitator

Christine Gust, MBA Doctor of Naturopathy 

The theme of Christine's sessions are centered around her mission to support people who want to break out of old paradigms and limiting behaviors to create innovations and new possibilities, both personally and professionally. Incorporating recent findings in psychology and neuroscience, expertise in innovative techniques, and practical business experience, Christine teaches employers and their staff how to identify and transform counterproductive behaviors that negatively impact their performance, health, and satisfaction. In addition to 10 years in private practice, Christine earned an MBA and Doctor of Naturopathy degrees and builds on 15 years in Human Resources management.
