Sleeping Well to Be Your Best Workshop
If you have trouble getting a good night’s sleep and have tried the usual techniques without success, it’s time to try something different! In this session, Christine Gust will share tools to help you clear obstacles and find solutions that work for you.
Participants are encouraged to bring lunch. Light snacks will be provided. This seminar is sponsored by Elevations Credit Union and the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program. Snacks and door prizes are provided by Elevations Credit Union.

Facilitator: he theme of Christine's sessions are centered around her mission to support people who want to break out of old paradigms and limiting behaviors to create innovations and new possibilities, both personally and professionally. Incorporating recent findings in psychology and neuroscience, expertise in innovative techniques, and practical business experience, Christine teaches employers and their staff how to identify and transform counterproductive behaviors that negatively impact their performance, health, and satisfaction.
