ACCESS returns this spring 2022 with exciting opportunities to help foster your personal or professional development or help you work toward enrolling in a degree program in the future.  

New students interested in taking CU Boulder courses through the ACCESS program must fill out the Spring 2022 Online Enrollment Application. 

If approved, you will receive a student identification number to activate your Identikey and search/enroll in courses via Buff Portal. 

Returning ACCESS students are encouraged to register themselves online starting on January 3, 2022. Students who are placed on waitlists should plan on attending class until their waitlist status is determined by the department.

We strongly encourage both new and returning ACCESS students to schedule an appointment with a Continuing Education advisor before December 10 so that they are prepared when registration opens on January 3, 2022. Some courses are restricted or have prerequisites and may require departmental approval or transcript evaluation before you can register and it is recommended that these steps are completed before Winter Break. The Continuing Education offices will be closed from December 24 to January 1 and our advisors will not be available to assist you during that closure. 

During an ACCESS advising appointment, our advisors can:

• Discuss your plan for spring;
• Help you determine if you meet course prerequisites;
• Advise you on how to obtain and submit instructor approval;
• Guide you through the course request form if it is needed for the course you are interested in.
