With the focus on developing your core strength to support you through all yoga postures, this class will light your fire. Enjoy upbeat yoga vinyasa flow with light weights. Strength and stability along with calming use of breath round out this class. All levels are welcome! As a part of the St. Patrick’s Day celebration week, all participants will receive a fun, themed giveaway.
